- You know Vitamins, Iron is important for healthy hair. Because it give sufficient substance for hair growing. Spinach ( Palak ) has a good iron content so intake it. Eat plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products for protein.
- Clean the scalp regularly because clean scalp is healthy scalp.
- Amla oil is important hair tonic for hair growth. Prepare by boiling dry pieces of Amla in Coconut oil.
- Prepare a mixture of fresh Amla juice and Lime juice and used as a shampoo. It helps in hair growth and prevents hair loss.
- Drink 8-10 glass of water daily.
- Use shampoo only twice a week not more.
- Massage Coconut milk on hair roots. It is one of the effective home remedy.
- Massage Almond ( Badam ) oil on scalp.
- Prepare mixture of equal quantity of Almonds oil and Castor ( Arndi ) oil. Massage it on scalp for hair growth.
- Take Fenugreek ( Methi ) seeds and grind it with water and apply on your scalp. Wash after 30-40 minutes.
